Mark is One! | Easton MD Photographer

Mark is a warrior! A heart warrior, that is :)  This little fighter faced open heart surgery shortly after his first birthday, to repair a large atrial septal defect.  He came through it like a champ!

Before that, though, his mom asked me to document his first birthday by capturing some pictures of him pre-surgery, and tasting his first cake.  He wasn't sure about the cake at first, but he got the hang of it pretty quickly.  I <3 this little guy, he is pretty awesome.
